This Grievance Redressal & Legal Contact Policy (“Policy”) describes the mechanism available to users of Equillect (“Platform”) for raising grievances, complaints, or legal concerns.
Equillect is owned and operated by Lucema Tech Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office in Amreli, Gujarat, India (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

This Policy applies to all users of the Platform, including but not limited to:

- Visitors
- Any individual or entity accessing Equillect
It covers grievances related to:
- Account access or suspension
- Data privacy or misuse concerns
- Content-related complaints
- Payment, refund, or subscription issues
- Policy violations
- Legal or regulatory concerns

3. How to Submit a Grievance
Users may submit grievances by sending an email to the Grievance Officer with the following details:
- Full name of the complainant
- Description of the grievance or complaint
- Relevant screenshots, transaction IDs, or supporting documents (if applicable)
Incomplete complaints may require additional information for resolution.
4. Acknowledgement & Resolution Timeline

Acknowledgement: We aim to acknowledge receipt of your grievance within 48 hours of submission. If you do not receive an acknowledgement via email within this period, you may send a written communication to the postal address mentioned above.

Resolution: We aim to resolve grievances within 15 days from the date of receipt, subject to the complexity of the issue and availability of information.
Certain matters (e.g., disputes involving third parties or legal obligations) may require additional time.
5. Content-Related Complaints
If your grievance relates to:
- Content uploaded by another user
- Intellectual property infringement
- Misrepresentation or unlawful content
Please clearly identify the content in question and explain the basis of your complaint. The Company reserves the right to remove, restrict, or retain content in accordance with applicable laws and its internal policies.
6. Payment & Refund Complaints
Grievances related to:
- Failed transactions
- Duplicate charges
- Refund eligibility
will be handled strictly in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Terms & Conditions.

- This grievance mechanism does not replace your right to seek remedies under applicable laws.
- The Company shall not be responsible for grievances arising from disputes solely between users (e.g., founder–investor disputes), unless required by law.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
